STATEMENT

I’m Bekim Betoni Rauseo, a Caribbean-based digital strategist investigating how technology shapes identity, memory, and cultural perception in the region.

I am focused on the impact digital, generative, and immersive formats have on Caribbean culture. Currently I document the rare pauses when people have detached from their mobile devices to reimagine the unusual scenes. By engaging a radical yet modern Caribbean aesthetic, I seek to re-frame the nuances of everyday island life.

This work sits at the intersection of visual culture, technology, and the changing nature of self-representation. The learning continues to inform client work, creative projects, critical writing, and collaborative inquiry across art and media disciplines.
